Well let's start with the mice. Then let's move to very unhelpful. After renting a storage building for 7 years, I had moved out of town. I asked the manager to please hand the key to my unit to a company I hired to come finish clean out. They flat refused. I offered to pay them $100 to hand a key to someone at my request. They refused. I have never had a company refuse such a simple request. I was a 7 year customer. Horrible. And if you want your stuff back ever...keep in mind it's being gnawed on by rodents.
