Great work, horrible communication.
It's very frustrating dealing with these guys. They do such good work, but struggle to return multiple messages or call when they promise. They performed repairs for me earlier this summer and did very good work at matching a difficult shade of paint; however, I had to track down everyone to get answers. I understand work gets busy, but it doesn't take much effort to call someone and explain why a small repair is taking a week longer than expected. Just a courtesy thing.
Unfortunately, I had something strike my vehicle last month. I decided to give them another shot since the work was so good on the last repair. I showed up in person to get an estimate. I was recommended to use their paintless dent repair and some light buffing. I've called twice and spoke to someone and called two more times leaving messages to set up this appointment. It's always "I'll give you a call back when the dent guy gets here. He's going to be here at.......", but that call never comes. When I leave a message, no one calls me back. It's disappointing. The guys in the shop have true talent, but I can't keep begging the shop to take my money. It's unfortunate.
