Reliable Trucking Co at 1220 West Market Center Drive, High Point, North Carolina.

A family member wanted to ship nursery furniture to me from NC to CA, and they hired Reliable Trucking. At pickup, they were told that the items would take 3 weeks to arrive and that the driver would call one day in advance to schedule delivery. After a week and a half I got a call at 7:45am saying the driver was around the corner from my house and asked if they could deliver the furniture. I told them they had 15 minutes as I was late for a business meeting. What ever happened to the call the day before?? When they opened the truck doors I was horrified by the disarray of all the boxes in the truck. I can't believe anything makes it to it's destination undamaged by the looks of the boxes and items in the truck! After the men brought the furniture in (which I unpacked due to being in a hurry), they told me I owed freight. My family member already paid the freight, but I was unaware so I paid them. I found out an hour later that the freight had already been paid so I called the driver to see what could be done. He did not return my call. My family member called the office and they assured her that they would destroy the check so that I would not have to pay a stop payment. I also found out that they forgot to deliver 2 boxes! I tried calling the driver again to tell him that I could arrange to meet him somewhere to pick up the remaining boxes, but again he did not return my call. Long story short - the boxes went all the way back to NC and I had to wait another 3 weeks to receive the two boxes. The check was also cashed!! I did receive a reimbursement later...
I would never recommend this company due to the disorganized processes, lack of customer service, and the hassle we went through.
