Thai Herb Authentic Thai cuisine at 116, 3100, 1116 Eastchester Drive, High Point, North Carolina.

I made reservations for 6 people at 7PM and the restaurant was not busy when they seated us. Our waitress took our drink and appetizer order and we didn’t see her for another 20 minutes. After finishing our appetizers, she still had not taken our order. I politely told two associates that we were ready to order and they said they’ll be right with us. After another 10 minutes I had to go to the hostess counter and demand service. We finally put our order in and by this time, serveral customers had come and gone or gotten their meals even though we were there first. The servers brought our food out one by one minutes apart. The food was okay. It would have been better if we didn’t have to wait an hour and 30 min for it. Even paying for our food was a pain! We did ask for the check but of course no one came. We had to get up and pay at the counter where our waitress proceeded to LECTURE US ON HOW TO GET BETTER SERVICE THE NEXT TIME WE COME!! We spent TWO hours at that restaurant. Never again.
