Walmart Supercenter at 2628 S Main St, High Point, North Carolina.

I think this location is okay.
The customer service desk could use some help.
People at customer service desk could be friendlier and more helpful.
I brought in an item that clearly had been bought at Wal-Mart but because I had no receipt they couldn't do anything about it.
It was a faded glory sweatshirt.
I understand them not being able to but they could have given me a customer service phone number to their home office, but did not, they just said no, I had to ask for a supervisor and that made no difference.
Neither person seemed to care that much about my disappointment.
Other companies even if there's nothing they can do are much much more friendly in how they handle things.
I had to go to North Main location about this first before my visit to this South Main store and they said it wasn't purchased there. The customer service rep at the North Main location was very very caring even though she could not help, she was so very courteous and friendly, and earnestly wanted to see my problem solved.
